By accessing or using Mathison AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mathison AI provides AI-generated pedagogical feedback on uploaded handwritten student papers. Feedback is intended as a teaching aid, not a substitute for professional educator judgment.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or a teacher/educator using the Service in a professional capacity.

• Do not upload content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to grade papers without appropriate consent.
• Do not upload personally identifiable student information beyond what's needed.

Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refund policy: cancel any time and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Feedback is generated by Google's Gemini large multimodal model, which Mathison AI calls on your behalf. By uploading a paper you (a) acknowledge that the image is transmitted to Google for processing as described in our Data Privacy page, (b) confirm you have the right to upload that content, and (c) agree to review AI-generated feedback before sharing it with students. AI output may occasionally contain errors or misinterpretations; Mathison AI is not liable for educational decisions made solely on the basis of AI output.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathison AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
